PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric used as the material for a disposable clothing, which has excellent feeling, wearing touch and air permeability； and prevents a skin or the genital area from being seen through the fabric when worn, without requiring coloring or the like； as well as capable of being made into one size fits all.SOLUTION: A fabric comprises a laminated sheet 2 having a first nonwoven fabric 2a and a second nonwoven fabric 2b； and an elastic member 3 for imparting stretchability to the laminated sheet 2 by being located between the first nonwoven fabric 2a and the second nonwoven fabric 2b, and being integrated with them by adhesion. A plurality of concave and convex portions 4 are formed in at least a part of the laminated sheet 2 by the elastic member 3, and substantially continuously in the direction y crossing the expansion/contraction direction x of the elastic member 3.
