The invention relates to a lipidic extract , to a process for preparing the same and to pharmaceutical products made therefrom, having protective effect against solar radiation, anti-inflammatory, oxidation preventive, softening, wound healing, antiviral and antimicrobial effects. According to the invention, the lipidic extract contains palmitic and stearic acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, eicosanoids, sterols and vitamins E and D. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in the extraction with n-hexane or chloroform from homogeneous powders of minced mussles meat oven-dried and ground, at a temperature of 50°C, at the most, washing with distilled water until a clear aspect is obtained and removal of solvent traces by rotary evaporator distillation at 50°C, at the most, the lipidic extract resulting thereby. The products claimed by the invention consist of said lipidic extract conditioned as an ointment.Invenţia se referă la un extract lipidic, la un procedeu de obţinere şi la produse medicamentoase pe baza acestuia, cu acţiune de protecţie asupra radiaţiilor solare, acţiune antiinflamatoare, antioxidantă, emolientă, cicatrizantă, antivirală şi antimicrobiană. Extractul lipidic, conform invenţiei, conţine acizi palmitic şi stearic, acizi graşi polinesaturaţi, eicosanoizi, steroli şi vitaminele E şi D. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din extragerea cu-hexan sau cloroform, din pulberi omogene, din carne de midii tocată, uscată la etuvă şi măcinată, la o temperatură de maximum 50°C, spălare cu apă distilată, până la obţinerea unui aspect limpede, şi îndepărtarea urmelor de solvent prin distilare la rota-evaporator la maximum 50°C, rezultând extractul lipidic. Produsele conform invenţiei sunt constituite din extract lipidic condiţionat sub formă de unguent.
