PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter which surely facilitates drawing of a patch from a package, and a patch with the supporter or the like.SOLUTION: A patch 10 has: a supporter 20 a self-adhesive layer 30 located on the supporter 20 and a detachable liner 40 which covers the self-adhesive layer 30. The supporter 20 has a plurality of bulging parts 23 which are located on at least the peripheral parts 24 and bulges to the opposite side to the self-adhesive layer 30.
