PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenyl peptide derivative exhibiting antiallergic action.SOLUTION: The target phenyl peptide derivative comprises a phenyl group and a leucine peptide. The derivative demonstrates antiallergic action and increases keratin in skin cells. Hydrogen gas is also generated. The production method comprises a step of adding branched cyclodextrin to a fermentation broth produced by fermenting Lactobacillus and acai palm fruit with Monascus purpureus and carrying out protease treatment.
