[Problem] To provide a technique for improving the conception rate and birth rate in mammals having genetic characteristics such as low conception rate and birth rate in pregnancy by natural mating even though ovulation function and the eggs themselves are seemingly normal or in ova having lowered conception rate and birth rate due to environment, age, and other such factors. [Solution] To remove the fertilized eggs of a mammal exhibiting low conception rate and low birth rate from the body, culture the eggs in vitro using a medium containing a glycine receptor agonist of a specific concentration, then return the embryos to the mother and bring to term.Linvention consiste à procurer une technique damélioration du taux de conception et du taux de naissance chez des mammifères présentant des caractéristiques génétiques telles quun taux de conception et un taux de naissance faibles dans une gestation par accouplement naturel même si la fonction dovulation et les œufs eux-même sont apparemment normaux ou dans des ovules présentant un taux de conception et un taux de naissance abaissés en raison de lenvironnement, de lâge et dautres facteurs analogues. La solution consiste à retirer du corps les œufs fertilisés dun mammifère présentant un faible taux de conception et un faible taux de naissance, cultiver in vitro les œufs à laide dun milieu contenant un agoniste du récepteur de la glycine à une concentration particulière, puis ramener les embryons à la mère et porter à terme.【課題】排卵機能や卵子自体は一見正常でも、自然交配による妊娠において受胎率および出産率が低いような遺伝的特徴を有する哺乳動物、あるいは環境や加齢などの原因で受胎率および出産率が低下した卵子に対して、受胎率や出産率を向上させるための技術を提供する。 【解決手段】低受胎率および低出産率を呈する哺乳動物の受精卵を一度体外にて、特定濃度のグリシン受容体作動物質を含有する培地を用いて体外培養した後、胚を母胎にし、出産させる。
