An oil-in-water emulsion composition containing the following components (A) to (C): (A) an oil containing 78 mass% or more of a fatty acid triglyceride having one or more fatty acid groups each having 10 to 22 carbon atoms, (B) a sorbitan fatty acid ester having an HLB of 6 or less, and (C) a mannosyl erythritol lipid.
