PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition which is excellent in temporal and temperature stability and exhibits a good feeling of use.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water type emulsion composition which comprises (A) a sucrose fatty acid ester, (B) at least one or more selected from a surfactin or a salt thereof, a mannosyl erythritol lipid and a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester.
