PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pellets for a scorched rice-flavored snack is provided to manufacture pellets which are changed into the scorched rice-flavored snack when fried or baked. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pellets for a scorched rice-flavored snack comprises the steps of: washing and drying rice(10); pulverizing the dried rice and making rice powder of 200 mesh(20); mixing 97.3 wt% of the pulverized rice with 0.4 wt% of refined salt, 0.3 wt% of powdered scorched rice flour, and 2 wt% of sugar(30); adding water to the mixture so that the moisture content can be 33.175%(40); and placing the mixture into a steamer, steaming at 115-120 deg. Celsius, and ejecting the steamed mixture as pellets in a rod or a pipe shape(50). The pellets are manufactured by a drying process(60) in order to contain 7-8% of moisture and are fried or baked to be a snack.
