PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article manufactured by a simple production process and easily raising leg-side gathers to a wearer side.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes an absorber 40 having wide width parts 41 that are located at cross-directional both ends of the absorber, and a narrow width part 42 that is located at the cross-directional inward of the wide width parts. Parts of leg-side elastic members 33 are disposed at the width-directional outward of the narrow width part of the absorber. An absorbent body and an exterior body are joined together at a width-direction inward of the width-directional outside ends of the wide width parts and at a width-directional outside ends of the narrow width part of the absorber.
