The present application discloses a carbon-based capacitor battery, comprising a bipolar plate, electrolyte and a capacitive paper or film, wherein the polar plate comprises a current collector, and a carbon-lithium mixed nanoscale porous material layer covering the current collector. In this way, the carbon-based capacitor battery can meet the requirements of power type devices, and has a relatively strong temperature adaptability.
