Disclosed are a filter screen structure for a juice extractor or oil extractor, and a juice extractor or oil extractor having the filter screen structure, the filter screen structure comprising at least two filter screen units (1, 2), wherein the adjacent filter screen units (1, 2) are stacked during operating, and at least part of the opposite sides of the adjacent filter screen units (1, 2) are entirely fitted together therebetween, or at least part of same has a gap (6) therebetween. When stacked, a plurality of filter screen units (1, 2) form a smaller working filter holes (5) or working filter paths for filtering. The filter screen units (1, 2) are arranged detachably therebetween, and the filter screen units (1, 2) are cleaned respectively. Small working filter holes or working filter paths no longer exist, only filter holes (3, 4) on the filter screen units are required to be cleaned respectively, and the size of the filter holes is relatively large, such that the filter holes are easy to clean.
