PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cultivating a leaf lettuce that has sufficiently low potassium content and large average weight, with high yield.SOLUTION: In the raising seedling nutrient solution cultivation period A and the standard nutrient solution cultivation period B, the leaf lettuce is grown using a culture solution having a sufficiently high potassium concentration.
