The present invention relates to a walking assisting device which can be used to improve walking disorders by replacing or compensating for movements of ankles and foot joints occurring during walking or is used in a floor structure of a walking robot. The walking assisting device of the present invention comprises: a foot support part； a rear connection part coupled to a heel portion of the foot support part； a rear foot portion plate coupled to the rear connection part, wherein the rear connection part comprises the joint, a shaft of the joint is arranged on a line of a load line or behind the line when viewed from a side with respect to the direction of walking, and the rotational moment of the foot support part is generated toward the ground of the direction of walking or the direction of walking during the first period of the standing period during a walking cycle.본 발명은 보행 중 발생하는 발목 및 발 관절(joints of ankle and foot)의 움직임을 대신하거나 보상하여 보행장애를 개선하기 위해 이용되거나 또는 보행로봇의 바닥구조물에 이용될 수 있는 보행보조장치를 개시한다.본 발명의 보행보조장치는 발 지지부, 이 발 지지부의 뒤축 부분에 결합되는 리어 연결부, 리어 연결부에 결합되는 후족부 판을 포함하며, 리어 연결부는 조인트를 포함하고, 조인트의 축은 보행의 진행 방향을 기준으로 측면에서 볼 때 부하선의 선상 또는 선상의 후방에 배치되고, 보행주기 중 입각기 전반시기에 보행의 진행 방향 또는 진행 방향의 지면 쪽으로 상기 발 지지부의 회전모멘트를 발생시킨다.
