Foot assist device for preventing foot drop and walking according to the present invention, the fixing portion 100 is worn on the ankle and formed in the form of a circular band； The connecting portion 200 is formed while surrounding the instep of the ankle while the fixing portion 100 and one end is connected； A sock part (300) formed while covering the toes (10) of the body, respectively, while being connected to the other end of the connection part (200) and surrounding the sole and the instep of the foot like a sock； And a lift unit 400 which pulls or lifts the sock unit 300 while assisting the foot sag while connecting the fixing unit 100 and the sock unit 300 to each other.본 발명은 풋드랍을 방지하고 보행을 보조하는 발 보조 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 뇌졸중 환자나 편마비 환자의 발 처짐(foot drop)시 발이 처지는 것을 들어 올려진 상태로 유지될 수 있도록 하여 원활한 보행이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 풋드랍을 방지하고 보행을 보조하는 발 보조 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 풋드랍을 방지하고 보행을 보조하는 발 보조 장치는, 발목 위부위에 착용하고 원형 밴드 형태로 형성되는 고정부(100)； 상기 고정부(100)와 일단이 연결되면서 발목의 발등 부위를 감싸면서 형성되는 연결부(200)； 상기 연결부(200)의 타단과 연결되면서 신체의 발가락(10)을 각각 부분적으로 감싸고, 양말처럼 발바닥과 발등부위를 감싸면서 형성되는 양말부(300)； 및 상기 고정부(100)와 양말부(300)를 상호 연결하면서 양말부(300)를 당기거나 들어 올려 발 처짐을 보조하는 리프트부(400)；를 포함한다.
