PURPOSE: A portable X-ray imaging system is provided to take X-rays anytime with variable methods by using a portable X-ray image instrument. CONSTITUTION: A portable X-ray imaging system includes a portable X-ray image instrument (100). The portable X-ray image instrument is formed into a C-shape and includes an X-ray tube (10) and an X-ray detector (20) on both end portions of a body (30). The X-ray tube is an X-ray generator and rotated within a predetermined angle range. The X-ray detector detects X-rays generated by the X-ray tube and obtains X-ray images. A target object is arranged between the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector and taking X-rays.포터블 엑스선 영상 시스템이 개시된다. 포터블 엑스선 영상 시스템은 C자 형상으로 형성되며, 몸체(30) 양단에 각각 엑스선 튜브(x-ray tube)(10) 및 엑스선 검출기(x-ray detector)(20)를 포함하는 포터블 엑스선 영상기기(100)를 포함하되, 엑스선 검출기(20)는 엑스선 튜브(10)로부터 발생된 엑스선을 검출하여 엑스선 영상을 획득하고, 촬영 대상이 엑스선 튜브(10)와 엑스선 검출기(20) 사이에 위치하여 엑스선 촬영이 이루어진다.
