PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of pickling liquid injection work.SOLUTION: The pickling liquid injection device includes: a log loading table 1 which conveys a raw meat block M pickling liquid injection heads 4, 6 each being provided to be vertically movable above and beneath the log loading table 1 and injection needles 3, 5 which are provided to the respective pickling liquid injection heads 4, 6 to be hit into the raw meat block M.
