Wobble plate with one end is set on a finger 3 placed on the same table and rotable around it; and on another end thereof the componentry 4 providing motion on arched track 5 are executed. A case 6, wherein couple of kinematic chains switched through reducer with one general motor are disposed, is installed on wobble plate. One of kinematic chains is destined to give a workpiece 7 fastened in a stock uniform rotation, and another – to provide rotation of, disposed opposite of stock with workpiece, the torsion cam 8 beeing in contact with a roller 9 set on wobble plate. Torsion cam is executed so that its cutout, depending on rotation angle, would be changed in accordance with progressive tangential rule.
