PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that since a conventional tip protective cover is not locked in an upward direction, there is a risk that a tip rod is shaken and pulled out upward from an engaging piece depending on the direction of a rod and the weight of rear side is put on a tip rod to damage a rod pipe and a guide.SOLUTION: A division part 23 including an insertion slit passing 29 through in a back and forth direction and in an upward direction is arranged in a piece body 15 of the engaging piece 13 and the division part 23 is provided in a linked manner with visors 39 and 39 that are extended in the lateral direction and block an internal space of a body from above.
