The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously punching chili skin, capable of punching air holes with a constant size on the chili skin to save drying costs by drying chilies faster at a proper temperature when washing and drying harvested raw chilies, and to efficiently produce high quality dry chilies by minimizing the destruction of nutrients and color of the chilies. More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a supply part dropping harvested raw chilies on a conveyer running at a constant speed； an aligning part formed of a brush for neatly aligning the chilies dropped on the conveyor to a progressing direction； a punching part punching holes on chili skin by making punching needles having a constant thickness and length come in contact with the chilies moving in alignment； a separating part separating the punched chili from the punching needles； and a discharging part guiding the separated chilies to a receiving part.본 발명은 수확한 생고추를 세척하여 건조할 때 적정온도에서 보다 빨리 건조시켜 건조비용을 절감하고 고추의 영양소와 색상파괴를 최소화하여 고품질의 건고추를 능률적으로 생산할 수 있도록 고추피에 일정크기로 다수의 통기구멍을 형성하는 고추피 연속천공기에 관한 것으로서, 구체적인 설명은 수확한 생고추를 일정속도로 진행하는 컨베이어 위에 낙하시키는 공급부와 컨베이어 위에 낙하된 생고추를 진행방향으로 가즈런하게 정렬시키는 브러쉬로 된 정렬부와, 정렬되어 이동하는 고추에 일정굵기와 길이를 가지는 천공침을 접촉시켜 고추피에 다수의 구멍을 뚫는 천공부와 구멍이 천공된 고추를 천공침에서 분리하는 분리부와 분리된 고추를 수용부로 안내하는 배출부로 이루어져 생고추의 과피에 연속적으로 다수의 구멍을 천공할 수 있게 한 고추피 연속 천공기이다.
