A robotic system for a surgical procedure using a robot, comprising: at least one device of the robot manipulator with visualization control; means for setting the device of the robot manipulator in motion, mechanically associated with it; and a computer having a memory, a processor and at least one network connection in electronic communication with the robotic arm and means for propelling. 2. The robotic system according to claim 1, further comprising at least one movable, rotating and mechanically connected base on which the robot manipulator device is fixed, while this base is movably oriented to correspond to the area of the surgical procedure on the patient. The robotic system of claim 1, further comprising: at least one sensor configured to transmit and receive signals from a visualization system operating to direct the visualization method; and, optionally, a plurality of contrasting markers located on or around the device of the robotic arm, working to accurately register it. 4. The robotic system according to claim 1, wherein the device of the robot manipulator comprises at least one movable platform configured to move with one or more degrees of freedom. The robotic system according to claim 4, wherein two or more movable platforms are parallel to each other, wherein said robotic system further comprises at least one mechanical connection between them.
