In one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a manual artificial respiration device comprising: an air bag which can be expanded and compressed a first valve which is disposed at a position where air is injected into the air bag to cause the air to flow only in a direction of injection into the air bag a second valve which is disposed at a position where air is discharged from the air bag to cause the air to flow only in a direction of discharge from the air bag a flow rate detection unit which is detachably mounted between the second valve and the air bag to detect a flow rate (discharge) of the air discharged from the air bag and to generate a measured tidal volume a control unit which receives body information of a target body to calculate a target tidal volume of the target body, and receives the measured tidal volume from the flow rate detection unit to compare the target tidal volume with the measured tidal volume, and when the target tidal volume is different from the measured tidal volume, provides at least one of a necessary tidal volume and a necessary number of breaths per minute and a display unit which displays, to the outside, at least one of the necessary tidal volume and the necessary number of breaths per minute provided from the control unit.본 발명의 일 실시예는, 팽창 및 압축이 가능한 공기 주머니, 상기 공기주머니로 공기가 주입되는 위치에 배치되며, 상기 공기 주머니로 주입되는 방향으로만 공기를 흐르게 하는 제1 밸브, 상기 공기주머니로부터 공기가 배출되는 위치에 배치되며, 상기 공기 주머니로부터 배출되는 방향으로만 공기를 흐르게 하는 제2 밸브, 상기 제2 밸브와 상기 공기 주머니 사이에 탈부착 가능하도록 장착되며, 상기 공기 주머니로부터 배출되는 상기 공기의 유량(discharge)을 감지하여 측정 환기량(tidal volume)을 생성하는 유량 감지 유닛, 대상체의 신체정보를 제공받아 상기 대상체의 목표 환기량(tidal volume)을 계산하고, 상기 유량 감지 유닛으로부터 상기 측정 환기량을 제공받아 상기 목표 환기량과 상기 측정 환기량을 비교하고, 상기 목표 환기량과 상기 측정 환기량이 다른 경우 상기 필요 환기량 및 필요 분당 호흡수 중 적어도 하나를 제공하는 제어부 및 상기 제어부로부터 제공된 상기 필요 환기량 및 상기 필요 분당 호흡수 중 적어도 하나를 외부로 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함하는 수동형 인공 호흡 장치를 제공한다.
