The invention relates to a system of grids which are used for guiding brachytherapy probes in the treatment of unresectable liver tumours, assisted by laparoscopy, based on the principle of reconfiguring the internal grid as a chain of magnetic balls fixed on a polypropylene wire which can be inserted linearily through a trocar and reconfigured inside the body in a helical form. According to the invention, the system consists of an external grid made of sterilizable plastic material, the grid being fixed on the patient's tegument, this grid being round with a central hole and the remaining holes being arranged at equal distances in concentric circles or linearly arranged in relation with the central hole, and the intra-abdominal grid consists of strips which, after being assembled, form a second set of holes, so that the first brachytherapy catheter is inserted through the central hole of the external grid penetrating the abdominal wall, enters the peritoneal cavity, passes through the holes of the internal grid and penetrates the liver to the opposite end of the tumour, exceeding it by 1 ... 2 cm, and the following brachytherapy catheters are inserted at equal distances, parallel to the first inserted catheter, being maintained by said grid system for guidance with two guide points.Invenţia se referă la un sistem de grile care sunt utilizate pentru ghidarea sondelor de brahiterapie în cazul tratamentului tumorilor hepatice nerezecabile, asistat laparoscopic, bazat pe principiul reconfigurării grilei interne de forma unui lanţ de bile magnetice fixate pe un fir de polipropilenă, care pot fi introduse sub formă liniară printr-un trocar şi reconfigurate în interiorul corpului în formă elicoidală. Sistemul conform invenţiei este compus dintr-o grilă externă executată din material plastic sterilizabil, grila urmând să fie fixată pe tegumentul pacientului, forma acestei grile fiind rotundă cu un orificiu central şi restul orificiilor dispuse la distanţe egale în cercuri
