The present invention relates to a structure of a catheter for a surgical stent having a short guidewire. In the structure of a catheter for a surgical stent, when a surgical stent operation is performed, a guidewire of a length that is enough to guide the surgical stent may be used to reduce the surgical operating time and improve surgical operating convenience. Also, the catheter may guide the entrance and exit of the guidewire and prevent the guidewire from being twisted. Furthermore, an external tube hole and an internal tube hole, which communicate with each other, may be defined in a point about 1/3 from the front end of the total length of the external and internal tubes. Thus, the external and internal tubes may be moved along the guidewire. When the internal tube is moved forward to discharge the stent, thereby expanding a lesion portion, the guidewire is successively inserted into the external and internal tube holes and discharged into a front side of the internal tube to guide the stent to the lesion portion. Here, the guidewire inserted from the external and internal tube holes up to a discharge hole may be adjusted. Also, since the guidewire is inserted through the internal and external tube holes, the length for guiding the guidewire may be relatively shorter when compared to the guidewire being inserted through a grasped body. Thus, an additional length adjustment effect in addition to the guidewire having the relatively short length may be obtained.
