The bubble generator for instant food comprises: a foaming portion including a foaming material that generates bubbles when coming into contact with water； and an outer coating portion for coating the entirety or a portion of the surface of the foaming portion with a water-soluble material or for containing the foaming portion. After a certain time has elapsed or immediately following the pouring of hot water, bubbles are generated by the bubble generator to provide the same visual, aural, and tactile sensations as when water is boiling, and provide the impression that the food is actually being cooked.
