The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bubbles for promoting the transfer of a functional material, and to a functional-material transfer device using same. The functional-material transfer device comprises: a main body； and a probe. The main body outputs an ultrasonic wave oscillation having a wavelength linked to the size of a bubble which is mixed with the functional material and transferred, as a mixture, into an object. The probe is connected to the main body so as to enable the ultrasonic wave oscillation to contact the object coated with the mixture, thereby applying the ultrasonic wave oscillation to the object. The ultrasonic wave oscillation having the wavelength linked to the size of the bubble may generate a hollowing phenomenon in the bubble applied to the object.La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de réaliser des bulles afin de favoriser le transfert d'un matériau fonctionnel et à un dispositif de transfert de matériau fonctionnel qui utilise ce procédé. Le dispositif de transfert de matériau fonctionnel comprend : un corps principal ； et une sonde. Le corps principal délivre une oscillation d'ondes ultrasonores qui présente une longueur d'onde en fonction de la taille d'une bulle qui est mélangée au matériau fonctionnel et transférée, sous la forme d'un mélange, dans un objet.
