PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a movable device by an operator.SOLUTION: An image displaying system according to an embodiment includes an observation target device, a display device, three-dimensional model acquisition means, and image generation means. The display device is configured to display an image. Three-dimensional model arrangement means arranges a three-dimentional model relating to the observation target device, within a virtual space. The three-dimensional model acquisition means acquires information expressing a relative position relation between an operator and the observation target device.
