The invention relates to the pharmaceutical compositions comprising selected extracts of Old Mans Beard, lichen Usnea barbata L., Parmeliaceae, and Ladys mantle, Alchemilla vulgaris L., Rosaceae, and essential oil of Tea tree, Melaleuca alternifolia (Maiden & Betche) Cheel, Myrtaceae in various forms of semi-solid and liquid pharmaceuticals with anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activity for the preventive and therapeutic purposes in human and veterinary medicine, capable to reduce or eliminate the symptoms and stimulate regeneration of impaired soft tissues and skin caused by bacterial and fungi infections. The compositions additionally lessen the undesirable changes due to the effects of free radicals, which lead to inflammation of the skin and accelerate the aging process. The present inventions overcome the disadvantages and improve the application of the similar pharmaceutical products.Pronalazak pripada oblasti farmaceutskih proizvoda, formulisanih u polučvrstom i tečnom obliku na bazi ekstrakata lišaja Usnea barbata L., Parmeliaceae, i virka Alchemilla vulgaris L., Rosaceae, i etarskog ulja čajnog drveta iz Melaleuca alternifolia (Maiden & Betche) Cheel, Myrtaceae, za primenu kod promena na koži i sluzokoži bakterijske i gljivične etiologije u preventivne i terapijske svrhe u humanoj i veterinarskoj medicini sa antimikrobnim, antiinflamatomim i antioksidativnim delovanjem, i promena kod kojih usled dejstva slobodnih radikala dolazi do upala i ubrzanog starenja kože, čime bi se prevazišli nedostaci i unapredila primena do sada sličnih farmaceutskih proizvoda.
