The present invention relates to a complex granule formulation comprising: a first granule part including levocetirizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof, and a basification agent； and a second granule part including montelukast or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof, and a basification agent. The formulation can effectively suppress the formation of related substances of levocetirizine and montelukast by enclosing an active ingredient in cyclodextrin and containing the basification agent, thereby exhibiting improved stability and bioavailability and can mask a bitter taste to have excellent drug compliance.본 발명은 레보세티리진 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 사이클로덱스트린 또는 이의 유도체 및 염기성화제를 포함하는 제1과립부； 및 몬테루카스트 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 사이클로덱스트린 또는 이의 유도체 및 염기성화제를 포함하는 제2과립부를 포함하는 복합 과립 제형에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제형은 활성성분을 사이클로덱스트린에 포접시키고 염기성화제를 포함함으로써 레보세티리진 및 몬테루카스트의 유연물질의 형성을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있어 개선된 안정성 및 생체이용률을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 고미를 차폐할 수 있어서 우수한 복약순응도를 갖는다.
