The pump (1) has a cylindrical boring placed in a pump housing (10) to receive a piston (15). The piston defines a metering chamber to receive a feed intake. The piston comprises a rod (16) movable in the boring under an axial action effect exerted on the rod by a motor (20). The housing includes a radial inlet opening and an axial discharge opening communicating relatively with the chamber. The motor includes a jack fixed to a transverse coupling element (23) by a rod (21) of the jack, where the rod of the piston is fixed in the element. The jack is fixed to the housing by a jack body.
