To provide a technique capable of using an automatic delivery mechanism of a cord holder even when rotary speed of the cord holder is controlled to target speed.SOLUTION: A bush cutter comprises: an operation rod； a cord holder provided on a front end of the operation rod and has an automatic delivery mechanism of a cord； a motor for driving the cord holder to rotate； and a controller for controlling the motor. The automatic delivery mechanism of the cord holder is configured to automatically deliver the cord, when rotary speed of the cord holder exceeds a prescribed speed.
