At least one upper inlet to the interior of the mixing volume allows inserting of material into the mixing volume in a first direction and/or a second direction, where insertion of the material creates a mass of rotating the materials, in the mixing volume, having an air vortex with a height substantially close to a total depth of the material contained in the mixing volume. A material movement unit moves the material into the mixing volume via the at least one upper inlet and a spray outlet feed from the at least one lower opening via the material movement unit, or a second material movement unit. The spray unit is capable of receiving the liquid and the solid, mixing them and spraying them.
