The present invention relates to a cultivation device for wall greening which can easily cultivate a plant planted on a wall structure. According to the present invention, the cultivation device for wall greening comprises: a case unit which has a plurality of mounting holes on which pots for plant cultivation are mounted, and is extended in a vertical direction； and an atomization supply unit which is positioned in the case unit, and supplies nourishment including water to the pots in a spray form. The case unit includes: a pot insertion part which includes a hollow space formed therein and mounting holes arranged on a front thereof, and is inclined downwards； and an inner inclination guide unit which is positioned on a lower side of the pot insertion part, and guides a supply liquid dropped into the pot insertion part to the center of a lower portion thereof.
