The present invention relates to a plant cultivation apparatus with a replaceable planting module which comprises the following: a planting unit for planting plants in a main body； a light source for emitting light to the plants planted in the planting unit, installed on the upper side of the main body； and a water spraying unit for spraying water to the plant planted in the planting unit, installed on the upper side of the main body. The planting unit includes: a mounting unit with an opening on the upper side, installed on the upper side of the main body； and the planting module with a planting space for planting the plants, detachably installed on the mounting unit.
