PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg-forming tool for solving such problems that conventionally a boiled egg is produced by directly boiling a whole egg in hot water without cracking a shell, and devices such as cracking a shell followed by putting in a forming tool and boiling in order to save labor of peeling, or separating into albumen and yolk followed by boiling are made, but it costs much labor of separating into albumen and yolk, and only a planar product is made even in making in a character form.SOLUTION: This three-dimensional type boiled egg-forming tool includes, on the upper part, an opening for cracking and putting an egg, and in the inside middle, a narrow opening of an extent allowing albumen to pass and yolk not to pass, and includes a yolk holding part on the upper part of the narrow opening, an albumen holding part on the lower part of the narrow opening, and an opening closing mechanism for taking out. As a result of this, it is possible to separate and unite albumen downward and yolk upward only by cracking and putting an egg shell from the upper opening, and easily make three-dimensional type boiled eggs of various forms only by cracking the shell of a raw egg and charging the content into the three-dimensional type boiled egg-forming tool followed by boiling.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来ゆで卵は、殻を割らずそのまま丸ごとお湯でボイルし製造していた。殻剥きの手間を省くため、殻を割り成形器に入れボイルしたり、更には卵白と卵黄を分離しボイルしたりと、工夫もなされてきたが、卵白と卵黄を分離する手間をかけたり、叉、キャラクターの型で作っても平面的なものでしかなかった。【解決手段】上部に卵を割り入れる開口部を有し、内部中間に卵白は通過し卵黄は通過しない程度の狭口部を有し、該狭口部の上部に卵黄の収納部と、該狭口部の下部に卵白の収納部と、取り出しのための開閉機構を具備することを特徴とする立体型ゆで卵成形器を開発した。これにより、上部開口部から卵の殻を割り入れるだけで卵白は下に卵黄は上に分離一体化され、様々な型の立体型ゆで卵が、生卵の殻を割り中身を立体型ゆで卵成形器に投入しボイルするだけで簡単に作ることができるものである。【選択図】図1
