The present invention relates to an apparatus for washing bulbs and tubers, the apparatus comprising: a transfer conveyer unit which transfers inserted bulbs and tubers a rotor water jet which sprays washing water at high pressure, has at least one inclined nozzle, and is rotated in one direction and a processing tank which receives processed contaminated water since the washing water, sprayed at high pressure, is mixed with impurities. A transfer roller of the transfer conveyer unit comprises an inclined plate which has a rubber coating unit and at least one turnover protrusion unit, which is formed on the outside of the rubber coating unit, protrudes to the outside, and turns over bulbs and tubers, which are being washed, from the downside, and transfers impurities, having fallen to the downside, to the processing tank. The processing tank comprises a filtering member for filtering the impurities. The processed water, having been inserted into the lower portion, passes through the filtering member and is supplied as washing water to the pump before being reused. The apparatus for washing bulbs and tubers can more effectively remove soil or impurities on bulbs and tubers while turning over the bulbs and the tubers regardless of kind, size, and degree of contamination of the bulbs and the tubers.
