The invention relates to a biological preparation comprising orthosilicic andsilicic acid, a primary ("constant/first") osmolyt choline and a weakalkalinizing agent without free hydroxyl groups and to a method for preparingthe preparation, comprising: i) hydrolysing a silicon comprising cholinesolution thereby forming a choline stabilized orthosilicic acid and oligomerssolution； ii) alkalizing the choline orthosilicic acid and oligomers solutionby adding a weak alkalizing agent without hydroxyl groups； and iii) optionallyadding a divalent trace element and/or secundary osmolyte, to biologicalpreparation obtainable and its uses.
