Disclosed is a method for extracting a mushroom using a fulvic acid. The method for extracting a mushroom using a fulvic acid according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a fine mushroom powder by crushing a dried mushroom； mixing ethanol and a fulvic acid with the fine mushroom powder to have the alcohol concentration of 60-70 vol% and extracting a primary extract after a predetermined extracting period passes； and extracting a mushroom extract having the alcohol concentration of 20-30 vol% by mixing purified water with the primary extract.풀브산을 이용한 버섯 추출방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 풀브산을 이용한 버섯 추출방법은 버섯 건조물을 분쇄하여 버섯 미세분말로 형성하는 단계； 상기 버섯 미세분말에 에탄올과 풀브산을 혼합하여 알코올 농도 60∼70 vol%로 형성하고 소정의 추출 기간 경과 후 1차 추출물을 추출하는 단계； 상기 1차 추출물에 정제수를 혼합하여 알코올 농도 20∼30 vol%로 형성된 버섯 추출물을 추출하는 단계；를 포함할 수 있다.
