PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized or stably emulsified composition which is not obtained when the conventional surfactant is used and in which such a problem is solved that the proportion of a primary hydroxyl group in a polyglycerol on the present market is less than 50% and an ester obtained by reacting such the polyglycerol with a fatty acid can not exhibit high emulsifying/solubilizing ability.SOLUTION: The solubilized or stably emulsified composition contains a polyglycerol fatty acid ester obtained by esterifying the polyglycerol having a hydroxyl number of not more than 1,200, wherein not less than 50% of all the hydroxyl groups are primary hydroxyl groups, with the fatty acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 現在、市場に流通しているポリグリセリンは1級水酸基の割合が50%未満であり、そのポリグリセリンと脂肪酸とのエステルでは高い乳化、可溶化力を発揮することができなかった。本発明は、従来の界面活性剤では不可能であった可溶化物や安定な乳化物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 水酸基価が1200以下であり、かつ全ての水酸基のうち1級水酸基が50%以上であるポリグリセリンと脂肪酸とがエステル化されたポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有することにより上記課題を解決する。【選択図】 なし
