To provide a lighting system which allows a user to smoothly adapt to an illumination environment of biorhythm illumination light.SOLUTION: A lighting system 10 according to one embodiment comprises: a light source 13 which can emit biorhythmically adjusted light； a control unit 14 which controls the lighting state of the light source 13； and an operation device 12.
