DEVICE FOR MAKING FOOT IMPRINTS AND METHOD FOR MAKING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL FOOT MOULD USING THE FOOT IMPRINT, ESPECIALLY FOR MANUFACTURING FOOTWEAR TO SIZE
The device according to the invention has elements for modelling the sole and the upper, lateral and rear parts of the foot that can be closed up into a box-like structure and then opened again, which modelling elements have a solid external casing (8) and moulding material (9) joined to it facing the foot inserted in the box structure. The elements for moulding the upper and lateral parts of the foot can be rotated around a geometrical axis (6a) at right angles to the basal face of the element for moulding the sole or they can be taken and pressed onto the upper and lateral surfaces of the foot on both sides from a lateral direction parallel to the basal face of the element for moulding the sole. The device is used for taking an impression of the foot to be moulded - making a negative -, the elements are closed up to form a closed box structure only with a filling opening (12) and they are fixed to each other with releasable connections.Linvention porte sur un dispositif qui comporte des éléments pour modéliser la semelle et la tige et les parties latérales et arrière du pied, lesdits éléments pouvant être renfermées dans une structure en forme de boîte et pouvant être ouvertes à nouveau, lesquels éléments de modélisation comportent une enceinte externe solide (8) et un matériau de moulage (9) réuni à celle-ci dirigé vers le pied inséré dans la structure de boîte. Les éléments pour mouler les parties supérieure et latérales du pied peuvent tourner autour dun axe géométrique (6a) à angle droit par rapport à la face basale de lélément pour mouler la semelle ou ils peuvent être pris et pressés sur les surfaces supérieure et latérales du pied des deux côtés à partir dune direction latérale parallèle à la face basale de lélément pour mouler la semelle. Le dispositif est utilisé pour prendre une empreinte du pied devant être moulé - en réalisant un négatif -, les éléments sont formés de façon à former une structure de boîte fermée uniquement avec une ouverture de remplis
