PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas treatment apparatus with high efficiency of anion generation.
SOLUTION: By dipping and rotating a cylinder body 6 with a screw 3 at a lower part therein in water in a treatment chamber capable of introducing outer air inside, the water is drawn up from the lower side to the upper side in the cylinder and the water is collided with a cylindrical water spraying part 9 passing water and air set above the cylindrical body to be sprayed in a mist state. The sprayed mist is collided with a water-and-air-passable cylindrical screen 20 disposed around the water spraying part 9 and passed therethrough to be more finely crushed to form a mist atmosphere including anions.
