PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lip cosmetics providing puffy feeling of lips, having a moisturizing effect and sustainability thereof, having a soft coating film without burden feeling, having an excellent temporal stability, and being in a liquid to semi-solid state at normal temperature.SOLUTION: Lip cosmetics contain the following components (a), (b), and (c) (a) a solid oil, (b) astaxanthins, and (c) diisostearyl malate, wherein the viscosity at 30°C is 1 to 150 Pa s. The content of the component (a) is 0.1 to 15 mass%. The content of the component (b) is 0.00001 to 1 mass%. The content of the component (c) is 0.1 to 60 mass%.
