The present invention relates to a lip makeup composition which enhances moisturizing by including water soluble compounds in reverse micelles using the reverse micelles which transparently solubilize hydrophilic substances in oil phase and adding the same to an oil soluble lipstick. The composition for reverse solubilization comprises a surfactant, a cosurfactant, oil, and a hydrophilic component and, specifically, comprises 5-30 wt% of surfactant, 5-30 wt% of cosurfactant, 0.1-30 wt% of hydrophilic component, and remainder consisting of oil phase to make 100 wt%. The present invention relates to the lip makeup composition comprising the water soluble component having the above composition included reverse micelles and can develop a product having enhanced stability, color clarity, and dual moisturizing effects which directly provide moisture to lips unlike conventional lip products which simply delay water evaporation from lips and constantly provide a convergence effect to lips at the same time.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 친수성 물질이 오일상에 투명하게 가용화되는 역마이셀을 이용하여 수용성 성분을 역마이셀 내에 포접하여 그것을 유용성 성분으로 이루어진 립스틱에 첨가함으로서 입술의 보습감을 증가시키고자 하는 입술화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 역 가용화를 이루고자 하는 조성물은 계면활성제, 보조 계면활성제, 오일, 친수성 성분으로 이루어지며, 특히 바람직하기로는 상기 각 구성성분은 계면활성제 5~30 중량%, 보조계면활성제 5~30 중량%, 친수성성분 0.1~30중량%, 잔량은 오일상을 채워 100 중량%가 되도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 수용성 성분 포접 역마이셀을 함유하는 입술화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로 입술의 수분증발에 대한 단순한 지연효과에 그쳤던 종래의 립 제품과는 달리 입술 전체에 직접 수분을 공급하고 동시에 수분증발 방지 효과를 지속적으로 제공하는 이중보습효과를 가지며, 안정성 및 색 선명도가 우수한 제품을 개발할 수 있다.
