The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including an aqueous phase and an oil phase and, more particularly, to a cosmetic composition including an aqueous phase and an oil phase characterized in that the aqueous phase includes a water-soluble polymer, a water-repellent powder and purified water, and the oil phase includes oil, a hydrophilic emulsifier having an HLB number of 8 to 18 and a lipophilic emulsifier having an HLB number of 2 to 6. In the cosmetic composition of the present invention, a soap-sensing layer is formed by dispersing the water-repellent powder in the aqueous phase and by simultaneously using the hydrophilic emulsifier having an HLB number of 8 to 18 and the lipophilic emulsifier having an HLB number of 2 to 6. Since the soap sensor reacts with a saponification group in soap, the cosmetic composition of the present invention has an advantage over conventional cosmetic compositions of enabling convenient washing even through washing only once.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique comprenant une phase aqueuse et une phase huileuse, et plus particulièrement une composition cosmétique comprenant une phase aqueuse et une phase huileuse caractérisée en ce que la phase aqueuse comprend un polymère hydrosoluble, une poudre hydrofuge et de leau purifiée, et en ce que la phase huileuse comprend de lhuile, un émulsifiant hydrophile présentant un nombre HLB de 8 à 18 et un émulsifiant lipophile présentant un nombre HLB de 2 à 6.
