The present invention relates to an acupressure projection member bonding device. The present invention comprises: a work frame having a rectangular shape with a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of horizontal frames and provided with a work space at an inner upper portion thereof； a transfer plate installed to be movable in the left and right directions at an inner lower end of the work space of the work frame； a cover sheet fixing unit installed on an upper rear left side and an upper rear right side of the transfer plate and fixing a cover sheet placed on the transfer plate； an adhesive applying unit installed at the center of the inner top of the work space of the work frame and allowing an adhesive to be applied to a portion, to which an acupressure projection member is to be bonded, of the top surface of the cover sheet； and an acupressure projection member bonding unit installed at each of an upper inner left side and an upper inner right side of the work space of the work frame and bonding the acupressure projection member to the cover sheet.
