PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be nicely aligned and fixed on a wall, without measuring at any time of installation, and for which a metal fitting for connection can be kept easily.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises an installation board 11 fixed on a wall surface and including a plurality of positioning projections 23 in a front face thereof in a lateral direction. A band like connection fitting 52 has positioning holes 53 at both ends thereof in a longitudinal direction so that the positioning projections 23 can be inserted into the positioning holes. The positioning holes 53 in one side have the positioning projections 23 of the installation board 11 inserted thereinto, and the positioning holes 53 in the other side have the positioning projections 23 of another installation board 11 provided on a communication unit 3 (or a channel selection unit 5) in a left side of the installation board 11 inserted thereinto. As in the above, the installation board 11 is positioned against the communication unit 3 (or the channel selection unit 5) set in the left side thereof. Accordingly, communication units 3 and/or the selection units 5 can be aligned in the lateral direction looked good, without measuring at any installation.
