PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing animal damage which is durable for practical use in two subjects that electricity is consumed by the system even during a standby period for continuously monitoring an animal which can not be expected when it appears to threaten the animal by light emission or the like when it appears, especially electric consumption loss of the booster of a xenon lamp is large, and even intense light of the xenon lamp will be reduced in its effect by learning, if there is no actual damage for the animal.SOLUTION: A power saving control unit 7 is regulated with a pulse signal generated each time the animal moves in the detection region of a detection unit by using a passive infrared motion sensor 8-0 in an animal detection unit 8 to put on and off a power source unit 1 for emission, therefore there is no waste of electricity when there are no animals. For learning of the animal, as for a nocturnal animal, a countermeasure for learning effect is performed by emitting the xenon lamp 5-1 after bringing a line of sight of the animal toward the xenon lamp with sound or feeble light from a unit 9 for generating a signal of interest before emitting the xenon lamp to strike intense light into the pupil expanded in night not as simple light but as harmful light.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】何時現れるか判らない獣を常時監視し、出現した時に発光等で威嚇するには、待機時間中も器具の電気が消費され、特にキセノンランプ用の昇圧部の電気消費ロスは大きい。
