A biological tissue and organ transparentizing treatment solution, a treatment method, and an immunolabeling method. The biological tissue and organ transparentizing treatment solution comprises: urea; a nonionic surfactant, being a mixture of triton and Tween; water; and at least one of the following optional components: a saccharide, an ammoniate, a pH adjusting agent, and an antioxidant. The treatment solution enables a whole organ such as the whole brain, a visceral organ, and a tumor-bearing organ to be made transparent, and allows biological macromolecules such as an antibody to enter the whole organ. The method is simple, efficient, fluorescence-compatible, and allows for immunolabeling, and has important application value for exploring the three-dimensional structure of biological tissue at the whole-organ scale and simplifying pathological tissue examination methods.
