The fluid pressurization and displacement device is configured for both large and small movement of the plunger. To perform a small movement of the plunger, the user simply rotates the plunger； To perform a large movement of the plunger, the user simply presses or pulls the plunger. This simplicity in use is possible because the half-nut (or other suitable structure in the device) is kept in engagement with the plunger, except when the plunger is being pushed or pulled by its driver.
