PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing sterilized liquid eggs that has a linkage degree close to that of unsterilized liquid eggs, and to provide sterilized liquid eggs.SOLUTION: The sterilized liquid egg manufacturing method includes: an egg breaking step for breaking eggs with shells a whole liquid egg making step for mixing egg yolks and egg whites to make whole liquid eggs a heating step for heating the whole liquid eggs to a predetermined temperature a holding step for holding the whole liquid eggs at a predetermined temperature condition and time condition and a sterilization step for sterilizing the whole liquid eggs under a temperature of 60°C or more and less than 64°C.
